Potling @ 8 Wks 3 Days

Potling is a big ball now!

From 8.8 mm (09/04/08), his/her crown to rump length is now at 25.10 mm. The big ball that surrounds Potling in the video is not a pokeball. It's the yolk he/she grew on. Doctor said that the yolk will eventually disappear and Potling will start relying on the placenta for "food."

Ideal baby heart rate is 160 beats per minute. Last time we saw Potling (09/04/08), his/her heart rate was 124 beats per min. After 16 days of rest and medication, his/her heart rate is now at 167! Whew!

As for the post's title... I might need to edit. Potling is such a big ball now that his/her size has become compatible to that of a 9 wks 1 day old babe.
